Today is all about the vast, unforgettable views of the Nullarbor Plain. You’ll journey across this legendary expanse on the world’s longest stretch of straight railway track, with endless horizons unfolding outside your window. Along the way, the train pauses at Cook, once a bustling railway town, now a near-ghost outpost with stories etched into its weathered buildings.  By evening, you’ll reach Rawlinna, on the edge of Australia’s largest sheep station. Here, the outback comes alive as you dine beneath a canopy of stars at a spectacular signature long-table dinner (Sept–May). Cook: Hidden deep in South Australia’s interior, the ghost town of Cook once thrived with life. Today, its lonely buildings and tiny population are a stark contrast to its bustling heyday. Established in 1917 as a railway support town, Cook played a vital role in developing Australia’s interior, with over 50 people maintaining the tracks. Now, visitors can step off the train and wander through this remote, time-worn town, offering a slightly eerie yet fascinating glimpse into pioneering Australia. It’s a unique stop, where history meets isolation, providing an unforgettable look at the country’s past.
Outback Experience at Rawlinna: Located on the edge of Australia’s largest sheep stations, Rawlinna is pure jackaroo country. This remote outpost on the Nullarbor Plain is a five-hour drive from Kalgoorlie and home to up to 80,000 sheep across 2.5 million acres.
